This machine achieves exceptional production rates, grinding up to 3,000 sq. ft. per hour for polishing and 2,000 sq. ft. per hour for thin-set removal, making it highly efficient for demanding jobs. Despite its substantial 1,750 lb. frame, the 3100-LP is engineered for single-operator control with intuitive handling, featuring adjustable pocket weights and a wet/dry setup with a 20-gallon stainless steel tank. Running on propane, it delivers 7-8 hours of continuous grinding per tank while supporting multiple stone attachment systems for versatile concrete finishing applications.
