Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must also be received within 30 days of when the item was received, or you will no longer be eligible for the refund.

Please note: Some items are not eligible for return, please check the product listings for details on whether your item can be returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@concretedecor.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are subject to shipping returns at their expense, and customers may also possibly incur restocking fees (up to 25%). Note: Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
 
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures detailed on this page. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees listed within this policy - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not dispose of these items until you take photos of the damage or defective product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods and paper stencils from Decorative Concrete Impressions. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Taxes

Purchasers are responsible for determining and complying with any applicable sales or use tax reporting requirements in their state. Purchases made through ConcreteDecorStore.com may be subject to state or local tax obligations that are not collected at the time of sale.
