Shipping policy

This Domestic Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the ConcreteDecorStore.com (collectively, referred to as the “Site”) as “Sold and Shipped by Concrete Decor Store” that will be shipped within the United States.

For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through Concrete Decor Store’s Marketplace platform and not “Sold and Shipped by Concrete Decor Store” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is shipped directly by the Marketplace seller. Check the Concrete Decor Store Marketplace seller’s policy for the shipping policy of the individual Marketplace seller. In the event of a conflict between Concrete Decor Store’s shipping policies and those on a Marketplace Seller’s Policy Page, the Seller’s Policy Page shipping polices shall apply to your orders from that Marketplace Seller. Please note that the processing time excluding shipping for Marketplace Items is 1-2 business days.

General Shipping Terms

These are Concrete Decor Store’s General Shipping Terms that apply to all domestic shipping options.

Delivery times are measured in business days.

We cannot guarantee same day shipping. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders typically take up to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping. In extenuating circumstances, this ship time can be longer. Additionally, any estimation in arrival is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day, as we do not ship or fulfill orders over the weekend.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
