SuperTie™ Coil Rod Form Fixture

The SuperTie™ Coil Rod Form Fixture is designed for use with job-built (plywood and 2×4) forms as well as handset modular forms. Constructed with durable fiberglass coil rods, the system is compatible with most commercial forming systems and is available in multiple diameters to accommodate varying load requirements. Each diameter option provides reliable performance with a defined ultimate tensile strength and a corresponding safe working load based on a 2:1 safety factor.

Ultimate Tensile Strength by Diameter

• 1/2″ diameter: 15,000 lb ultimate tensile strength (7,500 lb safe working load)
• 3/4″ diameter: 24,000 lb ultimate tensile strength (12,000 lb safe working load)
• 1″ diameter: 34,000 lb ultimate tensile strength (17,000 lb safe working load)
