Pro-Finish TDC - High Performance Trowel Aid

Pro-Finish TDC is a professional colloidal silica trowel/finishing aid, densifier, and curing agent that improves surface performance, extends and enhances workability, and provides a faster and easier finishing experience. Applying Pro-Finish TDC during the finishing process reduces surface evaporation, slab curling, and differential shrinkage. It will also reduce efflorescence in colored and standard concrete. Pro-Finish TDC chemically enhances the concrete, and provides higher density and increased surface performance.

Coverage Rates

Pro-Finish TDC coverage will vary based on job site conditions and performance requirements. These coverage rates provide a good starting point. Coverage rates are based on 1 mixed gallon of Pro-Finish TDC ready-to-use (RTU).

Finishing Aid: 500 – 1,000 ft² per gallon (12 – 24 m² per liter)

Performance Concrete: 250 – 500 ft² per gallon (6 – 12 m² per liter)
