PolyDowel – Engineered Composite Plate Dowel Only - Case of 100

Equivalent joint performance to steel, noncorrosive without stainless steel, at only 20% of the weight.

PolyDowel™ 3/8 in is a CFRTP tapered plate dowel qualified as a direct structural replacement for 3/8 in steel tapered plate dowels in concrete slabs 5–8 in thick. Full-scale joint testing demonstrates equivalent load-transfer performance and service-range stiffness at approximately 20% of the weight, with no corrosion risk.

Completed with an industry-standard pocket former available through ReForm. A reusable cavity former system is in development.

• Typical spacing: 18 in center to center
