The method known as “Grind & Seal” is the most cost-effective way to achieve a durable, professionally-finished polished concrete floor and involves grinding the floor in only two stages and then applying three individual coats of two specific sealers. Coverage estimates are based on standard, relatively non-porous concrete and applied using a 1/4″ nap roller.
