Perdure MVT+ is a two-component phenalkamine based epoxy coating designed to act as a moisture vapor barrier over concrete substrates. In addition to acting as a vapor barrier, Perdure MVT+ exhibits excellent adhesion to oily concrete surfaces. The long aliphatic chain of the curing agent results in excellent water resistance and exceptionally low permeability. The low permeability of the costing helps prevent blisters from being formed in the floor coating when water vapor present in the concrete rises to the surface. Perdure MVT+ is suitable as an oil-resistant moisture vapor barrier in automotive shops, service centers, warehouses, restaurants, etc.
