Patch 500 - Fast Concrete Repair Polymer

Patch 500 is a high-performance Polyurea ideal for preparing industrial and commercial concrete floors, used as a patch and grout coat. This two-component system excels in concrete repair, filling cracks, voids, floor joints, spalls, bolt-holes, joint-edges and pinholes. Its self-leveling, self-priming nature, and excellent adhesion, including feather edges, make it a top choice for fast repairs. Additionally, with the integration of dry aggregates like SSP Patch Crete systems, the patch can be polished to blend in with the appearance of the substrate.

Patch Repair Mortar:1 gallon of liquid & 2 gallons of aggregate make approx. 508 cubic inches of Mortar.

1 gallon of liquid and 3 gallons of sand make approx. 640 cubic inches of Mortar. Note: Adding pea gravel will increase yield.
