Matte Plus Low Gloss Sealer - Water-based Sealer

Classic Coatings Matte Plus is a clear or tinted single-component sealer designed for use over all Classic polymer-modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants, concrete, masonry, pavers, stone, and brick. It is a low-VOC, waterborne acrylic with a transparent base suitable for both interior and exterior applications in a wide range of climates. Matte Plus provides excellent water repellency, UV stability, and non-yellowing performance. It is formulated as a clear or tintable sealer ideal for concrete restoration, decorative concrete, and pool deck coating systems. This sealer is perfect wherever a low-maintenance, easy-to-clean surface is required

Matte Plus is typically applied to concrete surfaces but also performs well on pool decks and coping, stamped overlays, Microtopping, Spanish tile, stucco, masonry, block, and brick, provided the surface is properly cleaned using Classic Cleaner CW305. Matte Plus is environmentally safe and cleans easily with soap and water. It is available in 10 color bases and comes in 1-gallon, 5-gallon.

Caution: Surface may become slippery when wet. For added traction, incorporate Classic Gator Grip into the second application. New concrete must cure for 28 days.
