Consolideck® 2K Polyurethane is an advanced, very low VOC water-based polyurethane coating system that provides superior performance and wear characteristics for Consolideck® coated floors and horizontal surfaces. 2K Polyurethane combines the latest in water based polyurethane chemistry technology to provide a tough medium- to high-gloss finish surface for added beauty to floors.

2K Polyurethane is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, as it protects the floor surface to increase the life of the floor. 2K Polyurethane is designed to resist chipping, flaking and peeling, providing years of trouble-free service. 2K Polyurethane can be applied as one coat for a semi-gloss finish or two coats for a high-gloss finish resulting in a durable, virtually maintenance-free coating that protects as well as it looks.

Typical Coverage Rates
Typical coverage varies based on surface texture and irregularities. Do not over apply. A cloudy film may occur. 2K Polyurethane is packaged in 0.9 gallon kits: Part A in 1-quart containers and Part B in 1-gallon containers.

Apply at a rate of 350–400 sq.ft. (32–37 sq.m.) per gallon per coat.Finish coats will vary depending upon desired look. Additional coats will increase gloss and deepen the final color.

Do not over apply as a cloudy film may occur.
