The Chelsea Grilling Island is a medium size, fully functional product for outdoor entertaining. It will accommodate a 42" grill, access panels to a finished interior space, a fridge and side burner with drawers or an access door is all you need for rooftop, deck or small patio entertaining.

This Chelsea Grilling Island is adaptable from a little over 7 feet long to over 8 feet depending on the appliances you choose. This system flat packs and ships on a pallet.  The parts assemble with adhesive, brad nails and coated screws.  You can apply any finish to the surface.  The structure is the board and maintains a finish interior that is dry, mold free, and critter free.  There are appliance trays under each counter protrusion that leads water out of the tray to the face and not in the interior.  Venting is to be added as per appliance manufacturer's specs.

This system is adaptable to all variations of grills and inserts on site when being assembled. Any finish can be applied and a variety of top options can also be supplied.
