The U.S.SAWS CC-100 is a gas powered crack chasing saw that is designed to rout out random cracks in concrete and asphalt surfaces prior to filling with a repair product or sealant. The CC-100 is intended to be used on parking garages, runways and large open warehouses.
The CC-100 will cut up to 1” deep and up to ½” wide. High production rates and high accuracy are achieved as the operator pulls the crack chaser backward so they have clear sight of the blade and the crack they are cutting. The geometry of the frame lets the saw pivot and turn on the blade to make crack chasing effortless and intuitive.
Several dust port configurations allow the CC-100 to be used with a variety of vacuums and hose sizes. U.S.SAWS recommends a vac with at least 350CFM.
