Available for hammer drills, core bits and hole saws from 1/4" to 3".
The Dust Muzzle DC uses the suction provided by the vacuum to remove the dust as well as hold the Dust Muzzle onto vertical and overhead surfaces when using 2" and 3" hole saws.
For maximum efficiency using the DMDC Dust Muzzles, the operator must have an industrial grade 2hp vacuum system and a lightweight step-down hose. To achieve self-suction of the DMDC on overhead or vertical surfaces the surface must be relatively smooth
If you are using a 1/4"-1" hole saw, core bit or hammer drill, order the DM1DC
If you are using a 1"-2" hole saw, order the DM2DC.
If you are using a 3" hole saw, order the DM3DC
How the Dust Muzzle DC works
The Dust Muzzle DC uses the vacuum to hold the Dust Muzzle to the surface of the work as well as remove the dusts caused by cutting with a hole saw. When connected to any standard 2 hp industrial vacuum, the Dust Muzzle can remove up to 99% of the pollutants at the point of origin.
Applications
The Dust Muzzle DC is excellent for cutting fiberglass, concrete, wood and other materials that create hazardous dusts.

Important:
All three versions of the DMDC will need a 54" step-down hose to connect them to the standard 1 1/2" industrial vacuum hoses. The part number is Hose4.
The DM1DC will need an additional hose to connect it to the Hose 4. It is the 3/4" x 18" step-down hose.
